The Process 


30 min Consultation – Before starting on any design aspect for your business, you must understand your brand. This consultation will help create a logo foundation that speaks to the audience you are trying to attract.

Design – Your Brand Strategist will communicate the consultation call breakdown with our design team. You will then receive your first design, which will consist of 3 Primary logos to review within nine business days.

Revisions – 3 rounds of revisions are granted after your first draft. Revisions can be sent via email or through your client portal. Once submitted, If needed, you can schedule a 15-minute call with your brand strategist.

Delivery – Once your draft has been approved, we will deliver your final files within 48 business hours. ( AI, PNG, SVG, JPEG, and PDF )

Refund Policy *

Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all transactions paid are retained by Digital Phoenix Designs and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client. After proof has been accepted, a refund is NOT available on graphic & design services.
